The Office/ Spare Bedroom is located next to the garderobe, and also has a glass door which allows direct access to the main steps to the front gate and the various garden areas.

The room is furnished with a built-in vanity unit and mirror, flanked by cupboards and drawers. The whole unit is extended to the south wall by a work surface, suitable for computer work, or any other home activity (eg sewing).

Currently furnished with an ample (Queen-size) sofa-bed, the room quickly converts from an office into a spare bedroom.
