The upper floor of the house has the main living areas because of the views out to Boka Kotorska and the mountains surrounding Risan.

As well as the Kitchen/ eating area and the Sitting area (potentially another bedroom), there is a shower room/ toilet and a space currently housing the clothes washing machine and dryer. Also in this space are storage shelves.

A window on the north side of the floor allows light into the area. Self-standing book shelves occupy much of the wall space.

Access to the roof space/ attic is via pull-down steps in the ceiling at the top of the stairs.
